You’re Not Broken, Diet Culture Is Broken

Every single day I am bombarded with ads with gimmicks, fads, and so many misleading claims of improving health and weight. Is this you too?🧐

These misleading claims get our attention because the ads and influencers usually try to get an emotional response from us as consumers with false promises and by making us feel we are broken or see ourselves negatively unless we buy into their product.

You're not broken, you're not stuck, and there is no product or quick fix that improves our hormonal and emotionally driven inner dialogue.

Yesterday I made a video to address this topic. We can change the tides for ourselves. We can improve our health AND wellness, but it's not a flashy, gimmicky, or misleading product you can buy. The method is the oldest healing modality in recorded human history.

The method is breaking away from a broken, conventional, and commercially-driven way of thinking and living: Fasting as a lifestyle.

I am always going to be so passionate about this way of life, not just because I improved my health, wellness, and lifespan, but because I have seen the same transformation in countless others who I have consulted with.

You CAN improve your health, but you don't have to do it alone and I want to help. My community of like-minded fasters continue to astound themselves in discovering what they're able to achieve with this lifestyle. The ripples of change are happening, and I am here for all of it! 🥹✨💛
