I Believe In You, Even If You Don't


Hi friend, my name is Vicki and I have been living "The Fasting Focused Lifestyle" since August 2018.


Since childhood, I have had struggles with emotional eating and subsequent obesity, until I discovered what was possible with fasting. In two years, I have shed 203.8 pounds, gone from a size 24/26 to 10 pants (size 8 dress) and from a size XXL to a small-sized top. I have moved from being classified as "Morbidly Obese," to being classified as "Normal" in the BMI medical charts.

What I have achieved for myself in this fasting-focused lifestyle is unlike any other conventional weight loss method I've tried. I am also very proud to share that I have never had ANY weight loss, or skin removal surgery, before, during, or after my journey.

My results are real, authentic, and achievable!

Fasting is now a part of my lifestyle, I look forward to it daily. The mental clarity and strength I feel each day is something no medication or previously attempted weight-loss method can provide. Fasting has helped me as a mother of two, keep emotionally stable while we went from a family of 4 to 3 after the sudden passing of my late husband in November of 2019.

After reaching my first goal in just over 17 months (being under 200 lbs for the first time as an adult), I realized many others had stories like mine, and I knew I wanted to help.


Currently, I am working towards a bachelor's degree in health and fitness sciences at Arizona State University Online. After graduation, I will be pursuing board certification with the NBHWC to continue coaching and supporting others on their journeys.

Despite receiving many recognitions from the very doctors and resources I have utilized and followed since starting, my goal in sharing my journey has never been about gaining "fame." Instead, my goal in sharing my journey is to help and empower as many people as possible to take back control of their lives through the implementation of a fasting-focused lifestyle.

The Fasting-Focused Lifestyle can be truly life-changing. This way of life has transformed me into the best version of myself. My goal now is to share it with you to help you reach your health and wellness goals.
