Hey there! :)

Forgive me for my tardiness in getting my blog posts off and running properly. It's been a slow technological learning curve for me.

By now you probably are somewhat familiar with my story.

But if you need a refresher, I have been fasting every day since August 2018 and my life has been completely transformed as a result. I am not any unique person with special abilities or circumstances, I just decided I was sick and tired of being sick and tired. I found fasting, and as they say, the rest is history.

I have successfully been able to shed (and keep off) over 200 pounds. (203.8 to be exact) Has it been easy? Absolutely not. Like many others, I have experienced difficult times even throughout my journey in bettering my health, like becoming a young widow. This journey has pushed me to recalibrate and shift my mindset over pretty much everything in my life. With this accomplishment, my focus has now shifted to seeing that others now need my help. So in order to help others achieve their goals for themselves, I am currently studying for my bachelors in nutrition and wellness coaching with Arizona State University Online.

My goal with creating The Fasting Focused Lifestyle is to build and foster a supportive and inclusive fasting-focused community for everyone who wants the transformative effects that fasting offers.
